Privacy Policy
PLUTO AI · www.plutoretail.ai
Effective date: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pluto Consulting Services LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("PLUTO", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit www.plutoretail.ai (the "Site") or contact us through it.
The Site is a business website. It has no accounts, no checkout and no tracking. The only personal information we collect on purpose is what you type into our contact form.
1. Information we collect
What you give us. When you send the "AI brief" form on the Site, we collect:
- your full name, company and work email address;
- the goals you select, your industry, where you are today, and the suggested starting point you choose.
Please do not put anything else in the form that you would not want us to read. See our Terms of Service for what not to send.
What we collect automatically. Like most web servers, ours records basic technical information when you request a page: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser and device type (user agent), and the referring address. These logs are kept to keep the Site secure and working.
What we do not collect. The Site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not ask for payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information. The "Ask PLUTO" demonstration on the Site shows scripted questions and sample answers that you pick from a list. It does not accept free text, and nothing you do in it is sent to us or to any AI provider.
2. How we use information
We use the information from the contact form to:
- read and reply to your enquiry, and arrange a conversation or demonstration you asked for;
- understand which of our services may fit your needs and follow up on your request;
- keep records of our business communications.
We use server log information to run, secure and troubleshoot the Site, and to detect and prevent abuse such as spam or attacks.
We do not use your details for marketing messages unless you ask us for them or we have another lawful basis. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not set cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. It does not use cookies to remember you. Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing to turn off, and a cookie banner is not needed. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, email delivery and email service providers, and only as needed for that purpose.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect our rights, our users or the security of the Site, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business (the receiving party would be bound to protect your information consistently with this policy).
5. Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States. If you visit the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
6. How long we keep information
- Server logs are rotated automatically and kept for about two weeks.
- Contact form submissions and our email correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer your enquiry, to manage any business relationship that follows, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete them or anonymize them.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the Site and form submissions, restricted access to our servers, and keeping our systems up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a purpose. To do so, email info@plutoservices.ai from the address you used to contact us. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy of your data. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we handle your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you ask us to, to take steps before entering into an agreement with you. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other sites
The Site links to other PLUTO sites (PLUTO Retail and PLUTO Services) and may link to other websites. They have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them. Read the policy on any site you visit.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
